SAND Profile GmbH established its new "automotive" department in 2002 in order to provide competent points of contact for our customers in the automotive industry. The competence of this small team in creating new innovations is underlined by two patents. In the second half of 2003, this department received its own high-tech production facility, equipped with two injection molding machines, an automated cutting machine for drawcords, laser cutters, and etc.
For car seat manufacturers, we offer retainers and drawcords in various designs for use in visible and non-visible areas of the seat cover. The materials used are lightweight, the attachments are quick and injury-free to use (ABS hook) and the geometries functional (no protrusions, no chafing of the cover) and flexible.
